By setting both Kate and myself up on the Zolo app we were able to cherry pick the properties we liked most , in the areas we loved and combining that with Andrews vast knowledge of the market several properties came under serious consideration. We viewed several properties but in fact it was actually the second property that ticked nearly all the boxes that mattered most to us.
